My opinion is that a large breakout from a base period indicates alot of interest and the move has high probability of moving higher. Some of the stocks breaking out with gaps are suspect of pulling back. I have made a list of all stocks my scan selected and added PE, EPS and RS ratings (EPS and RS) from the Investor Business Daily paper. A nice breakout with EPS=>80 and RS=>70 are good choices.
