Manfred I believe that chpt 7 is consumer bankruptcy and chpt 11 is business bankruptcy. I searched several online sites that list current US corporations currently in chpt 11. JTS was not listed. The fact that I could not find bankruptcy documents for JTS neither confirms nor denies chpt 11 for JTS. I do not know if JTS has filed for chpt 11
