The only surprise is this... The Company estimates incurring incremental expenses of about $4 million, as well as up to $2 million in capital spending, in fiscal 1999 in support of the agreement. Which is not a big deal, but it will be interesting to find out some details. I guess the question is, will it effect next quarter earnings, if so, how (just looking from an analyst point of view).
