As a constant buyer of Micron machines, I have never experienced anything like what you are describing. Over the last 3-4 years I may have had flaky motherboard a couple of times, maybe a hard drive once in a great while, and a monitor has gone bad one or twice. NEVER have I had a slow response from Micron. In fact there responsiveness is one reason I continue to use them.

Remember, when troubleshooting over the phone, it is hard to be great if the person you are working with does not have a clue. Just make sure you look at the true source of the problem. They will send somebody out to fix it.
