You are welcome. I'm fortunate to live in the Tampa/Clearwater area and have Road Runner cable modem service. It's great, well worth the extra money to me. I think there is some resistance from the average casual internet user to change because they need to change their e-mail address as well as have two installation crews out to install the service. With the perception that PC's are "fragile", I also believe people think "if it ain't broke, ...".

Not living in an ATHM market, I can't comment on their marketing, but I know Time Warner does a lousy job of marketing Road Runner. For instance, when I explain to people that you are always "on" the internet, that you don't sign off and on, they take awhile to "get it". They also don't realize the speed difference. Over half the Road Runner ads here are about their content. A waste.
