Ron, I would like to add a comment to what you have posted. Everyone who is or is thinking about investing in this company should print and read the January 2, 1997 form 10-12G SEC Filing. It is important to print this form out as it is over 100 pages long and will take some time to read. It is also very complex (as each division is dealt with seperately) and the casual reader will be confused trying to read it on the computer. After you read the filing you will be able to see how the puzzle fits togeather and you will also better understand Mr Zayed's goals. Those invested in Imagex should be very interested in this filing. ***Note-the Imagex section should be seperated from the report when reading as it is long and easily confused with Genesis. I don't think it is possible to appreciate the developments over the past few weeks without reading the above mentioned. In summation I will say that after reading the filing I understand that Mr Zayed needs the stock holders in order to achieve his future goals. He will do whatever it takes to satisfy the stockholders and we all know what we want. Smart investing to everyone, Tom
