Don't know if the OSC has been named in any of the lawsuits but it would appear as though this should become a possibility. What a pile of crap regarding "soft information". One of their primary functions, I would assume, is to protect investors and in spite of this "soft info" and the knowledge that YBM was producing nothing at their Penn plant they did bugger all.Must all be buddies David Peterson.
