Glen... what I heard was that they have to invest in infrastructure systems for supplier chain management and warehousing automation. These are big expenses, but once they are in place they begin to operate more in line with the DELL virtual integration model. This is huge... Laura, It is difficult to compare Amazon to DELL. DELL only need a relatively few number of components to assemble and then ship the finished product. Amazon has millions of different items that has to be shipped and each one is very inexpensive on a comparative basis. Glenn
