Mike,

There's only two things that I can think of:

1.) They will eventually sign up advertisers to pay for the site and software once their installed base is high enough.

2.) They will try to sell or license the software to brokers or other companies who will provide it to their clients for free or for a charge.

I emailed Papyrus and asked them if they plan to start selling quotation services in the future and they said no.
