I hope so. Otherwise, aside from possible disruption from a management shuffle, and from paying damages in the shareholder suits, I don't see why the stock sank as low as it has. This is not a case where the restatement makes calls into question the company's business (as was the case with Kendal Square Research Corp, which never recovered from the revelation that it was booking sales in a way that give the illusion that it's radical computer architecture had been accepted by many paying customers).
