Glenn... here's the point... during the CC, they talked about how they had to have all hands on deck to service the warehousing functions and they discussed the fact that they were looking to bring in higher level of automation in more areas so they could reduce people expenses. Anytime you can automate more and more functions you are cutting costs. Anytime you can reduce the supply demand cycles, you are cutting inventories. Anytime, you are able to reduce any carrying charges you are reducing inventory costs. They are saying that they are looking to get the systems in so they can cut cut cut operational costs, and provide all of those services and functions faster and cheaper... these are investments that smart management has to make. L
