I think the earnings are going to surprise on the upside even though there is alot of doubt regarding DIMD because of their past history of negative surprises. After the close today, 3DFX, a DIMD supplier for graphic chips, exceeded First Call estimates of 5 cents with earnings of 13 cents. That means business must be improving for the graphic boards business. Combine that with the Rio and the other hot products that DIMD has, and it would be hard to conclude anything but a good quarter. PD
