while it is possible for the best laid plans to change, this is not the same as the csn situation..I own csn and work in the town csn is headquartered in...This was a spinoff of cvg. CVG was not an easy stock to obtain but positions could be bought, just not extremely large ones. This was a spin off not an ipo...Compaq is not doing a spin-off, it is an ipo, a lot of the media have used these terms interchangeably, but they have very different meanings.
