Vlad, isnt that a bit much? I see your point but don't in the same sense. Would seem a minute point if a Lpuc was/is geared to more of a power company past. Guess the point Im getting @ is that if I have the money & decide to bust up the ground in my backyard, all Id have to pay is damage, fines, right?
