Aus - I have to say I read your post and found a big lump in my throat. Anyone who has spent more than a casual moment on this thread knows that your words and research and insight eclipse anything that the rest of us have ever posted. To learn on this great, great day for SNDK of what you went through during the year, with guts and determination, gives some perspective to what we all do here. We try and try to learn, to stay ahead, to bank on success and innovation -- but what we all know all along is that we are gambling. We are taking the money of our future, of our nest-egg -- or even our second mortgage -- and hoping to make it grow, based upon intuition and hopefully research and the belief that good ideas are rewarded by the marketplace in due time. It seems, with SanDisk, our time has come. In that you suffered so much during the wait of 1998, I hope the champagne tastes particularly sweet for you tonight. - Don
