Agree that the managed care plans are another factor, and not necessarily positive. They are not likely to be in favor of ANY surgical alternative to BPH. Although if this is designed to be outpatient, then I presume there is no need for bladder irrigation or other costly, time consuming procedures requiring hospital days and therefore the PPOs, HMOs, PHOs, ABCs, and XYZs should perceive this as more cost effective. I suppose I should read up on the procedure itself. Is the any information on the Net (web site for the company?)? David
