newmillenium, that is quite fine, I can live with being wrong, but I got to follow my own market instincts, when the put to call ratio drops sharply under 1, and other short term and medium term technical indicators deteriorate, we get into "la-la" land, and often disappointment (at least short term) reigns. Thus my desire to move a little more into cash is more market driven than IDTC specific. Zeev
