JT is accurate on this one ... I read it again just now ... Just for 'fun" I tried to read the January 13, 1999 Pre-Proxy from end to end ... I GAVE UP ... it is the most monstrous sized document of its sort that I have seen ... It does detail pretty well everything including the resignation of that latest wunderkind and keynote speaker, Mincheff, the present compensation packages of Russell and Chmiel, the present involvement of our Mr. Hayton and the real price of BFL etc etc etc ...I can draw no conclusions ... it is so dense and so entwined as to defy simple analysis ... is there a stock play here? Maybe ... Is there a real operating company here? Who knows ... it does continue to say that if the deal isn't done by January 31 (ie shareholder approval), it "may" be terminated by either party ... no proxy yet, so no meeting ... the condition for failure of the deal will then be there if any party wants to exercise it ..
