Ericy sales people made representations to customers which were not strictly true according to Qualcomm. They therefore sought relief from the courts which injuncted Ericy to cease and desist and damages are sought in conjunction with the Texas trial. That's how I recall it, but the details of the Ericy actions, trial and damages claim are vague now in my memory.
