To speed things,I suggest that you should mention that you posted on the Silicon Investor Web site,your frustration and deep disappointment with MUEI customer service.At least 4 or 5 posters couldn't believe
that you were talking about Micron Electronics.

Then tell them that one of the posters gave you this email address to
take care of this problem.You would like to be able to notify the
Micron Electronics thread(which is read by tens of thousands of people)that the problem was resolved immediately.

I think this should do the trick.
