Actually, I assumed that the price would be set at the valuation date they used for the exchange rather than the market value on the actual date. Yahoo has book at about 8 and if I recall correctly, the anounced value of the acquisition was somewhere around this number. I'm just guessing and you probably know better than I do. What would happen if TDFX price tanked to the point were market value was below the book value, record a gain? Joe C.
