SEBL is the market leader now ... it does not mean they
will remain to be so.Remember Remedy 1 1/2 years ago ?
Their position (SEBL) is not dominant enough to warrant
continued leadership (unlike MSFT 's monopolistic stance).
Moreover,look at the PE of VNTV vs SEBL and I can see the
increased risk of SEBL as a stock.
