Pravin,

Arizona may introduce a bill to ban sales of PIII

Arizona has a history of bizarre politics. In 1987 or 88 Governor Mecham rescinded the Martin Luther King Monday holiday, and in doing so caused Arizona to be dropped from consideration by the Super Bowl Site Selection Committee. Mecham was later impeached over this.

About the same time, the citizens of Phoenix voted not to build a baseball stadium, and lost their shot at a major league baseball team. Joe Garagiola was so angry he left the state.

Then there was Governor "One Eyed" Jack Williams who presided over the opening of a new dormitory at Northern Arizona University. In his remarks he said "This is too nice for college students. They should be living in quanset huts."

You never know what they might do there!
