Anyone care to guess what the starting price of one of those bad boy K7 CPUs is going to be? Seems like if Intel can get away with selling the Pentium III 500 MHz for $869, AMD can get away with selling the K7 for more.

Of course, this will kill the hopes of all the Intel-haters who are hoping to buy K7 CPUs at prices below $100. They don't care if AMD turns into a non-profit organization, as long as they can have their cake and eat it too.
