Lawrence: I don't "know" anything, but suspect a very aggressive, marginally legal, promotional effort. It appears there might be some violation of legal statute -- but I' no lawyer. I did not invest for several reasons but, I can and will testify to the receipt of the prospectus mentioned in my earlier post. Certainly, it would be wise to identify equity holders and sit down for a serious discussion. The salary draw described in the prospectus will exhaust significant assets faster than you think. Ted
