Stuart, My comments on Road Runner marketing are based on my conversations with non-tech people, most of them don't know cable internet service exists, much less the benefits. As far as I know, they don't run infomercials in this market, sounds like a good idea. Coming from a life of sales/marketing, I know you can have the best product in the world but won't get anywhere if you can't communicate the benefits. Disclaimer: My comments are based on my small marketplace, awareness may be much better elsewhere. John
