Go for it, Brady. Drifter will hole you up somewhere in the wilds of Canada!

On a more serious note, since Jon Tara has made Pat Hayton such an issue, I make second motion today: That we include the following excerpt from the January 13, 1999 SEC proxy filing (this excerpt provided by RDPBMW of ESVS/Yahoo) into the Zulu Facts Room:

"....Mr. Pattinson Hayton acts as a financial advisor to ATC, to entities that are shareholders of Zulu-tek, and to partners in Netvest. During 1998, Mr. Hayton has assisted both the Company and Zulu-tek and their other advisors in structuring the March and September Transactions, in developing the combined business plan which the companies intend to pursue, in overseeing recruitment of members of management, and in assisting in arrangements for more than $10 million of new funding for the Company and Zulu-tek. Mr. Hayton has not been an officer, director or employee of the Company or Zulu-tek or any subsidiaries, except as an interim officer and director of Mediabank, Inc., the subsidiary entity formed to acquire the SIM interests (now Zulu Media.) Mr. Hayton has advised the Company that he holds no ownership interest in ATC, and does not exercise dispositive control over the Investor Preferred held by ATC, and that he does not hold any interest in the Company or Zulu-tek, except as a minority limited partner in Netvest holding less than 2% of the limited partnership interests...."

Since JT has been drawing similarities, I challenge him to come up with SEC documents of previous Hayton business ventures that are described similarly to what is described above.
