In terms of dollar values -- yes. The point I was trying to raise is the MM's behavior -- they did not lower the bid with sell orders. If the MMs think this stock is risky or if there is no other buyers(*), they will definitely lower the bid and keep only 5K shs in their book per SEC rules. Why would they take the risk otherwise?? Looking at the trades in the past week, I believe someone with the large pocket book
are buying INEL as soon as it 4. I urge anyone interested in INEL to verify.
