JEB, my theory is, in addition to some technical resistance above $10, small cap biotechs have been underpreforming as a group, until that trend changes or we have news on the Phase III front (expected soon, or more analysts initiate coverage we will continue to built a base here. Based upon my observations of daily activity it appears that a very disciplined institution/individual(s) are accumulating - could be that an analyst or two is considering coverage and their clients are buying ahead of the announcement. Lately this stock seems to fade on light volume towards the end of the day - generally when the volume is strong the direction is up.
