That downgrade was done by an analytical group who last month up-graded them, and a month or so before that, downgraded them, and a month or so before that.....welll......you get the drift.

I tell ya, the way houses so rapidly change their opinions is enough to make one think they've got a vested interest in insuring a particular outcome. HEH!!
