Dave: They are not suing a pseudo-name. They are suing a person that thinks he/she can profit by inflicting damage for free by hiding behind an allias. I sincerely hope "Spider Valdez" gets it!!! It would be neat to level the playing field . BTW William Brotherson is a wonderful person who has a very nice existential philosohy. As I understand it, he is a person that knows how to inflict damage (having been a soldier in his youth). After that experience he has chosen to do the contrary. He makes a point of being careing, helpful and positive to his fellow man/woman. There is wisdom in that, IMHO. It is much more difficult and time consuming to build than to destroy. #50
