Just quickly --
I listened in on the conference call, and thought that Pete was on fire in terms of his enthusiasm. Didn't pick up very many negatives -- they estimate that the additional cash outlay (which sounds to me like it's going toward a beefed up customer support effort to help out the "newbies" with their bills), will drop Q3 and Q4 by 2 cents each (who cares, IMHO -- I'm in this one for awhile). Jeez, they're PROFITABLE, for cryin' out loud...

Also, Allen mentioned that the business is expected to throw off $20 million in positive cashflow by year end -- a HUGELY positive statement, IMHO.

Another great point -- their relationship with mortgage billers represents 4.5 million potential mortgage bills per month, or 22% of all US residential mortgages (up from 8% awhile back)...

Also -- Gartner group study cites that of all billers polled, 71% have (or would) choose Checkfree for presentment. 10% have (or would) choose Transpoint).

Also -- I think there's significant news coming re: Quicken.Com -- more on this later (or maybe someone else can post).

That's it for now (someone please correct me if I got any of these stats wrong).

RK
