Porter good to have you on this thread and I am sorry to see your trouble with the Powers that be. I hope it works out for you. I have read your thoughts with interest and they seem to make sense. My only thought is what is the TSE's spin? Why do they think it will be better after all you do have some self interest here? I certainly think they are being a little heavy handed with you and it isn't warranted. If they have good reasons for doing something lets hear from them why.

I notice in one of your threads that you suggest stop loss use. I would myself consider that dangerous with Canadian options where they trade so thin and your further comments would be appreciated.

Could you comment also on the spread. Is there some committment by the specialist to keep the bid/ask differential at a specific amount? I notice on some stocks it can be low and on others high. I have also noticed that if the market is say .50-.70 and I go in with .60 my bid/asked is not often reflected in the market price. Why?

Is there any Canadian options(vs futures) that can be used on Gold?
