Wendell,

I have watched Heart Labs since 1993, since it was based in my neck of the woods. I never bought it however. Lucky me. The old management is out and a new group is in. They are going to concentrate on their core business, hence trading off their piece of Westmark. By the way I believe most of the "bad guys" in Heart Labs are with Westmark. Meanwhile MIOA is up 50% since the announcement, which I had previously alluded to.
