Anthony, I think you meant the breakup fee was $60 million. If the deal gets busted, probably won't have any profits from the break-up fee because all of it IMO will be used to pay legal, accounting, investment bankers, etc. Certainly though, no adverse P&L effect. The positive side is that they still get to own the minority interest in AGPH.
