Mark, thanks for the correction. It should be $60 million not $60 BILLION (my, I must be delirious). My understanding is is another co. makes a higher bid for AGPH, then presumably WLA would profit from the sale of their 19.9% stake of AGPH at a higher price, in a scenario similar to British Telecom's benefiting from the sale of their MCIC stake to WCOM.
