I STRONGLY disagree with your statement: " EVERY stock, especially beaten-down Oils, has huge upside potential"

It is only true IF the company survives the current state of affairs. There are several companies people are bullish on that I won't touch. Why? After looking at the balance sheets and past management performance, the risk of going under is too great.

Primary things I look at are debt, cash, and profit margin. If you look at some of the companies, it is scary. Two I like are FGI and SDC.
