What's going on with NAVR's prices this morning??? Looks like the MMs are playing their little games...holding the stock price down...Everything points to the beginning of the upsurge, yet it has not yet materialized...That's why I believe when the dam breaks, many people will be caught by surprise...The shorts are sweating!!! I'm surprised they haven't come out to do their bash act...
