NBG Radio Network Acquires M-Tek Technical

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1999--NBG Radio Network (''the
Company'')(OTC:NSBD - news) today announced that it has signed a definitive Agreement to acquire M-Tek Technical
Services, Inc. (''M-Tek Technical'').

M-Tek Technical is a rapidly growing kiosk integration company providing customized technical solutions, bar coding, and
distribution channels.

NBG has, in association with M-Tek Technical, developed a data-based marketing system using NBG developed software
and M-Tek Technical hardware. The marketing system is able to identify, reward, and interact with companies' core
consumers. The acquisition of M-Tek Technical will enable NBG to design, produce, and market new systems entirely
in-house, including hardware integration, software programming, graphic design, and sales. Bringing all aspects of kiosk
marketing in-house will significantly increase the Company's revenues.

John A. Holmes, NBG's President/CEO, said, ''The acquisition of M-Tek Technical is a natural progression from our
Preferred Listener Program and CustomLink department started in October 1998. We've received great feedback from radio
stations and other industries using our technology in beta test sites. Through our research we found that M-Tek Technical is the
only company integrating all components of kiosk distribution. It makes sense to incorporate M-Tek Technical into our
company as we expand the marketing division of NBG.''

According to Chris Miller, President of M-Tek Technical, ''We are elated to be working with NBG, a company with
tremendous synergies both operationally and culturally. Both companies are creative and dynamic and will reshape both the
future of radio and the integration of kiosk marketing to businesses around the world.''

This transaction is subject to customary closing considerations and terms and conditions will be released on closing, within 30
days.

NBG Radio Network currently produces and syndicates 31 national radio programs reaching over 1,775 radio stations in the
United States. NBG Radio Network is committed to producing quality programming and plans to pursue acquisition of
complementary radio networks with significant presence in radio syndication. The Company is traded OTC:NSBD.
