IGC Corp. Launches PlayForFun.com Online Casino;
Anticipates 1st Year Revenues to Exceed $1,500,000

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive Gaming & Communications Corp. (IGC) (OTC Bulletin
Board: SBET - news) a Philadelphia area software development and Internet company announces the launch of playforfun.com
(http://www.playforfun.com), a casino and sports book gaming site that allows users to play all of the popular casino games and
a chance to win cash and prizes at no risk to the player.

This is the second addition to the planned suite of portal sites hosted by IGC. With the addition of the new suite, IGC
anticipates potenotal advertising and sponsorship revenues to reach over $1,500,000 by year-end 1999. Revenues from this
site combined with $3 million projected revenues from the recently released GambleNet site, IGC is looking at over $4 million
in additional revenues.

PlayForFun.com, in conjunction with several Premium award centers and corporate sponsors, will be giving away hundreds of
thousands of dollars in cash and prizes to players that win playing at the prize related casino games or sports book. Grand
prizes such as vacations, boats and automobiles, supplied by the manufacturer or dealer, will be just some of the prizes that can
be won if you hit a Royaloyaush.

The site will also host several special tournaments throughout the year like its Super Bowl Sunday slot contest or the Daytona
500 Race day contest using a specially designed Super Bowl XXXIII and Daytona 500 slot machines. The site also serves to
showcase the company's proprietary casino and sports book software ''LiveAction'' that it currently markets to the casino
industry.

PlayForFun.com also represents a valuable asset to the traditional casino industry due to the large amount of demographic data
collected about the players of the games. The software, developed by Intersphere Communications Ltd., tracks player gaming
habits, preferences, and other information that can be used by traditional casinos for further promotions and player
development.

Revenues from the site will be generated from sales of advertising and prize sponsorships to brand name manufacturers,
retailers, online and land based casinos. In addition to traditional online banner advertising, sponsors will be able to have
individual slot machines or casino games designed specifically around their logo or brand image. Michael Simone, president of
IGC, was quoted as saying, ''Having your company's logo or brand name in front of say a slot machine player for hours on end
is priceless ...''

PlayForFun.com will be jointly marketed through IGC's popular portal site, GambleNet (http://www.gamblenet.com) which
features a directory of gambling related sites that duplicates a similar formula to Yahoo! and a shoppang area for gambling
related items through its relationships with Amazon.com and Digital River.

The site was developed by Intersphere Communications Ltd., (http://www.intersphere.com) a Philadelphia-based subsidiary of
IGC which focuses on online development and software design and markets its world-renowned gambling software, The Live
Action Gaming Platform, for online or land-based casino gaming. Intersphere's clients include Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and
Comcast Communications, among others.
