Dear Jim: You seem overly upset about those shares. Unless you own a HUGE amount of CPQ stock your number of shares likely would be infitesimal anyhow. IF CPQ maintains majority interest, which they say they will, and IF it goes up a thousand percent which these damn stocks seem to do, you as a CPQ holder will share in that gain. Its a win win situation for us holders no matter what happens in my judgement. JDN
