I forgot you don't seem to beable to read properly. I have asked him 5 times about the completion and he has told me the same thing 5 times the Reverse Merger in complete.
If the SEC is willing to let panam trade under the name of PRWT at this point I woud say they also think the reverse merger in completed. Now we are going for a new cuisp number and a possible name change that will reflect a new POSSIBLE merger in the not to distant future. But in the mean time PANAM trading under the symbol PRWT is fine with me. I will continue to hold my stock in this company.
