Clinton flew in for the photo op to greet the Pope, but I doubt that he took his first homily to heart. It's been getting a tremendous amount of coverage here locally. The Pope spoke yesterday to a youth gathering and one of the main points he addressed was honesty. He specifically said that once you lie, you will have to compound lie after lie to cover it up. He added that "the truth shall make you free".....I don't think the content of his message was getting a lot of national coverage. But locally it's been wall to wall and some of the Clinton references have been a quite funny (man on the street comments, etc). bp
