Humbly report, lisa, I guess I'm going to get lumped in the "SI suckup" category for this post, but here goes anyway.
I can't help but think that you're making a mountain out of a molehill.
We all screw up, we all change our minds from time to time, and the Terms of Use cannot possibly spell out everything in minute detail.
So. You and Brad conversed. Perhaps Brad changed his mind. Perhaps you pissed him off. Perhaps whatever.
In the final analysis, this simply strikes me as trivial.
May I ask a favor? Could you please step back, turn off your computer, take a walk, breathe deeply, consider the whole picture, take this dispute, put it in the palm of your hand, look at it, and then toss it over your shoulder?
I do think it could be a good idea to put this whole thing behind you and move on.
