Buzzlite,

I don't know the deadline for the 10K and 10Qs, and even if we knew they can file for extention(s). But, its the 10K that is supposed to show a lose for period ending June/96, and both 10Qs are supposed to show a profit. The 10Qs are for periods 7/96 thru 9/96, and 10/96 thru 12/96. I was told by the PR firm that both 10Qs will be released about 2 weeks after the 10K. So, yes it may be wise to buy after the 10K is released, if there is a dip is share price, to average down prior to the release of the 10Qs.

Best of luck, Fred
