Hi Dan, you haven't heard from me because there is no news to add.. I hope you still have some frames available. I might order a frame with you to put on the wall this certificate when it goes down for the count. (BBG) We are involved with my mother-in-law (84 yrs old) looking for conv. homes (depressing). There were no action during the week on this stock. Been watching it closely. Every other stocks in my portfolio is doing great. My move to Fla is at a stand still right now but will get on track shortly. Take care Norm
