Mr. K. Vincent Campbell has resigned as a director of the Company due to his company's expansion of geological, geophysical and photogrammetric services to other mineral exploration company's. Mr. Campbell, however, will remain closely associated with HAWKEYE as a consulting geologist and will assist in the coordination and advancement of the Company's work programs in 1999.
