I think you make absolute sense. (That's why the angel on my right shoulder is winning my mental tug-of-war, for now.) But why only until June? Wouldn't it be more prudent to give it at least until the end of the third quarter and hope for global economic improvement at the same time? Doing so still gives you plenty of time to take the write-off.
