TGEN - In looking at who is involved in the stock, I would say that I am less impressed. Also, regarding the "only company with AAV vector drugs in actual clinical trials", - first, that does not mean they will ever have a product and secondly, the claim itself will no longer be true in a short period of time. Regarding patents, I'll bet you a tuna on rye that you will see the patent position of AVGN getting stronger still.
