Dear Jeff:

I think that we have a company with E-Commerce as the life after Y2K. However, do not underestimate the Thailand announcement. If and when the company announces contracts from Thailand, they might just be in the tens of millions of dollars. With the margins in Y2K and the company's burn rate approximately $5 million annually I'm guessing, that leaves a very healthy bottom line potential this year and possibly even a $1 in earnings per share. This is my personal take on ConSyGen. The E-Commerce business is life after Y2K and exciting.

Michael
